Most clients start with a free at-home FaceTime consultation. We look at your hair loss pattern and skin type on camera and match you to the right plan and price range.

You can schedule that consult or your SMP sessions directly through the online booking page, or by calling or texting Jason.

Most sessions run between 2–4 hours, depending on coverage. Smaller hairline or scar sessions are on the shorter side; full-head or advanced cases take longer.

You’ll have breaks as needed, and Jason walks you through the plan before he starts.

Most SMP plans are built over 2–4 lighter sessions. This lets the result heal naturally and gives room for adjustments to density and tone.

Your exact number is confirmed during your consultation once we see your pattern in real life or on video.

If you need to move your appointment, please give as much notice as possible so your spot can be offered to someone else.

Full details are shown in your booking confirmation email, but in general we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule.

Most clients go back to normal life quickly. Expect mild redness and a “fresh” look for a few days, then the tone softens as it settles.
